I loved that I could walk to the Ponte Vecchio and the bustling Mercato Centrale in just a few minutes, making my morning strolls truly delightful while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of Florence. the cozy feel of the bed and breakfast, paired with beautiful views of the Duomo from the rooftop during breakfast, truly made my stay special and memorable.

Friendly staff.
My experience at this hotel was incredibly frustrating. First of all, the lack of an elevator forced us to lug our bags up to the third floor, which was exhausting. Additionally, the advertised 24/7 front desk service was nonexistent as we arrived only to find no one available to help after check-in. This was compounded by a severe shortage of basic amenities like toilet paper and room supplies. it was nearly impossible to find anyone to assist us, and our messages via WhatsApp were ignored.

Comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning made for a restful stay.
Steep stairs with no elevator made it difficult to access the room.

The rooftop view is breathtaking, providing a wonderful escape from the city's hustle. The staff were genuinely friendly and the location, though near a busy street, allowed easy access to local attractions. However, the noise from the street can be disruptive at night, and there were some unpleasant odors from the bathroom. The breakfast was decent but not extensive.

We had a lovely stay for two nights in a cozy room with amazing views from the rooftop terrace, which was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. It was nice to relax in the garden and soak up some sun. just wish there had been a mini fridge in the room for convenience. Overall, the experience was fantastic, but the air conditioning could definitely use some improvement. 😊

We really enjoyed our stay as a family! The bed was super comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many stores and restaurants just a short walk away.
In my wife’s opinion, a smaller breakfast menu could improve family mornings.
